• Original Bachelor’s Degree Diploma
• Notarized diploma copy with Apostille seal. * Info on page 2.
• 2 Certified Transcripts (must be in two separate sealed envelopes from the university with their seal or signature across the envelope flap). Your name should be written on the front. Send one to Korea and keep the other one for your interview at the consulate.
• Original Informed Consent Document (Korean Immigration Form)
• Health Statement (Korean Immigration Form)
• Consul’s Checklist for E-2 Applicant (Korean Immigration Form)
• Police Clearance Certificate with Apostille Seal.* Info on page 2.
• Signed Contract
• Current Resume (No more than 2 pages please)
• Personal Information Form
• 4 color passport-sized photos – send two to Korea and keep two for when you get your visa at the consulate.
• Photocopy of passport picture and signature page.

If applicable:
• Marriage Certificate Copy/Divorce Decree
• Citizenship Certificate Copy
• Birth Certificate Copy (KOREAN AMERICANS)
Police Certificate and Apostille Seal

United States:
1. Go to your local Police Station and request a police clearance certificate or criminal record check.
2. Have this letter notarized.

Canada:
1. Go to your closest RCMP station (not provincial police) and request a police clearance certificate or criminal record check.
2. Contact the Korean Embassy nearest you. They will give you instructions on how to have them validate this document.

Australia:
1. Apply for a National Police Certificate. Forms available at your local post office.
